> ExSnus is a self-tracking tool for adults who already use nicotine pouches

user-entered values, not predictions. Intended for adults of legal age only.

## What it does

- Track pouches: log each pouch and its strength in mg; works with any brand.
- Understand usage: each day is shown as a tree that thins out when you go over.
- Personalized plan: a daily limit that steps down toward cutting back or zero.
- Exposure: estimates how much nicotine and cotinine remain and how long they
  take to clear.
